Assessment and completion

  • Continuous knowledge checks, DMAIC exercises, and facilitator feedback throughout the programme
  • Completion of a Yellow Belt process-improvement case study or team-based practical activity
  • PeopleCert examination: 60 multiple-choice questions, 120 minutes, closed book, 70% pass mark
  • PeopleCert certification is subject to the selected exam package and is renewed every three years
